8. The Nightlife
Derby has an extensive range of bars. There is the impressive Revolucion de Cuba where you can indulge yourself with the spirit of Cuba in this very fun, themed bar; if you haven’t left with a pair of maracas and a sombrero, you haven’t danced hard enough!
If you want an indie-come-rock establishment with no pretence and some cheap drink offers, then head on down to the Blessington Carriage (or Bless if you’re local!).
Playing classics such as the Stones, Beatles, and the Stone Roses, you can sway the night away reminiscing about ‘how music was better back then’.
