Derbion announces host of family fun and deals for February half term

Throughout February half term, Derbion is inviting shoppers to discover heaps of family fun and budget-friendly deals at the centre.

From Saturday, 15 to Sunday, 23 February, Lush will host a series of Love Letter Bath Bomb-making workshops, priced at £16pp, giving guests the chance to make their very own strawberry-scented bath bomb to take home. Plus, throughout the session, visitors can enjoy creating bubble towers at the in-store bubble bars and receive a jam-packed goodie bag to take home. Tickets can be booked online now*.

On Wednesday 19 February, Derbion offers visitors of all ages the chance to explore space in Wonderdome, Derbion’s all-new immersive planetarium experience. Open from 9:30am to 3pm, guests can head inside the mobile planetarium for a 25-minute session that transports you on a cosmic journey, a thrilling adventure exploring the wonders of the Universe.

Keeping the whole family entertained throughout February half term, MINISO is set to offer a host of fun-filled activities, giveaways and much more from 15 – 28 February, including the chance to win a £50 voucher when you spend £15 or more in store. Plus, on 22 and 23 February, shoppers can head to the store to take part in its Spin the Wheel activity, which gives players the chance to win a host of exciting instant prizes.

Alongside Derbion’s array of retailer events, guests can also discover the latest blockbusters at Showcase Cinema de Lux, including brand new releases Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy and Captain America: Brave New World (released 14 February), alongside screenings of Dogman, Mufasa: The Lion King, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and much more.

The centre also boasts an impressive mix of dining choices ranging from restaurants such as Wagamama, Nando’s and Pizza Express, to grab-and-go options including Tortilla, Popeyes, Burger & Sauce and many more, so there’s sure to be something for everyone.
